ACCOUNT SECURITY

How Your Account Stays Secure

Security at are999 is layered so that a single compromised detail cannot open up your whole account. The connection is encrypted end to end. Login requires OTP verification each time a new device or location is detected. Every transaction is logged and receipts are visible in your account history. Your personal and payment data is stored in an isolated environment, separate from public-facing systems, with access limited to authorised team members only.

SSL-Encrypted Connection All traffic between your browser and our servers runs over SSL encryption. The padlock in your address bar confirms the connection is secured before any account data travels.
OTP Login Verification When you log in from an unrecognised device, an OTP is sent to your registered mobile number. The session does not open until that code is entered correctly.
Transaction Receipts Every deposit and withdrawal generates a timestamped record visible in your account wallet history. You can check any transaction without contacting support.
Data Storage and Handling Personal details and payment information are held in an isolated environment separate from public-facing systems, with access restricted to authorised personnel only.

Support When You Need It

Three routes connect you to the are999 support team. Live chat is the fastest for in-session questions — it loads inside the lobby without closing your game. Email suits account queries that need documentation attached, like a payment receipt or ID file. The Pakistan mobile help line handles wallet verification questions specific to JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast account matching.

Live Chat Open live chat from the account menu at any point during a session. It connects to a support agent and keeps your game open in the background while you type.
Email Support For queries that need a document attached — ID verification, transaction screenshots, account disputes — email is the right channel. Response times vary; check your registered email for replies.
Pakistan Mobile Help Wallet-matching queries for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are handled through our Pakistan mobile support line. Useful when a deposit has cleared your wallet but not yet reached your account.

WHERE TO START

Getting Into the are999 Lobby

Your first move is creating an account — the form takes about two minutes and asks for your mobile number, which is then verified by OTP. Once your account is active, the lobby is fully open to you. If you're not sure which game category to start with, the homepage defaults to the most-visited sections. Need help at any point? Live chat is reachable directly from the account menu.

Create Your Account Register with your mobile number, complete the OTP verification step, and your account wallet is live. The whole process takes a couple of minutes on a phone browser.
What's in the Lobby Slots, live casino tables, crash games and a cricket sportsbook are all in the same lobby. Switch between them using the category bar at the top of the screen without reloading.
Game and Table Access Slots like Gates of Olympus and Mahjong Ways sit alongside live tables such as Baccarat RoyalFlush and Dragon Tiger. Browse by studio or use the search field to find a specific title.
Getting Help Fast If something is unclear — a game rule, an account step, a payment query — open live chat from the account menu. It connects you to the support team without leaving the lobby page.
LOCAL PAYMENT RAILS

Payment Methods at are999

Deposits and withdrawals run through the payment channels Pakistanis already use day to day. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the quickest routes — open the app, send to the account number shown in your wallet, confirm with your PIN and the balance appears. Raast works for direct bank transfers. HOW WE OPERATE

Transparent Platform, Clear Policies

We keep our game and payment documentation current so you know exactly what you're dealing with before you play. Every policy — terms, privacy, cookie use — is linked from the footer on every page. Where game studios publish RTP data, we display it on the game card. Where they don't, we say so rather than make up a number. Our contact routes are published and staffed, not buried in small print.

Game Documentation Each game in the lobby carries the studio name and any RTP data the provider has made public. We do not fabricate percentages for titles where the studio has not released that figure.
Payment Records Every transaction — deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit — is logged in your account history so you can review the full trail at any time without contacting support.
Policy Access Terms of service, privacy policy and cookie policy are accessible from the footer on every page. We update them when the platform changes, and the version date is shown at the top.
Direct Contact Routes Live chat, email and a Pakistan-facing support line are the three ways to reach us. All three contact points are listed on the Contact page — no hidden-form-only approach.

Frequently Asked Questions About are999

Yes. Both Easypaisa and Raast are supported. The deposit flow is the same — select your preferred method in the wallet section, use the account details displayed, and confirm the transfer from your own app.

The full lobby loads in your Android or iOS phone browser — no separate app download needed. Live tables, slots and the sportsbook are all accessible through the mobile browser version.

The lobby covers slots, live casino tables, crash games such as Bet On Crash and Aviator, table games including Baccarat RoyalFlush, and a cricket-led sportsbook. Browse by category using the top navigation bar.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. We support JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast to make the account experience practical for players in eligible regions of Pakistan.

Open live chat from the account menu first — it's the fastest route. For wallet-specific issues with JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast, use the Pakistan mobile help line. Have your transaction reference ready when you contact us.

RTP figures are shown on the game card only where the studio — such as Pragmatic Play or PG Soft — has made that data public. We do not publish invented percentages for titles where the provider has not released the figure.
LOBBY NAVIGATION

Moving Around the are999 Lobby

The category bar at the top of the screen splits the lobby into Slots, Live Casino, Crash Games, Table Games and Sportsbook. Tap any category to filter the full catalogue down to that type. Within Live Casino you'll find Baccarat RoyalFlush and Dragon Tiger tables streamed by Evolution and Pragmatic Play. Use the search field to jump straight to a named title — type 'Cricket Battle' or 'Aviator' and it surfaces instantly. Your account area sits behind the wallet icon in the top right; that's where deposit history, active offers and account settings all live.

Category Bar The top navigation bar lets you move between Slots, Live Casino, Crash Games and Sportsbook in one tap. No page reload required — the lobby grid updates in place.
Search and Filter Type a game name or studio name into the search field to narrow the catalogue. Filter by provider — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution — to browse a specific studio's full range.
Switching Between Casino and Sports Cricket Battle and Football Betblitz sit in the sportsbook section, separate from the casino lobby. The sportsbook tab is in the same top bar — one tap switches you across without losing your wallet state.
Your Account Area The wallet icon in the top right opens your account dashboard — deposit shortcuts, transaction history, active offer status and account settings are all collected there, accessible from any page.
